Firstly, I believe this is the most rewarding machine to have around the house in case you are cleaning up after kids, animals, or just you and your significant other. There are, however, some minor flaws worth noting before picking it up. One common complaint is that the area is often damp after use; this is also true for all the professional steam cleaners out there, so this complaint doesn't hold much water with me. Another is that it can leave a small circle pattern in the carpet. Lastly, it can go through carpet cleaner awfully quickly. But I say it's well worth the continued investment for such an amazing automated helper.
